Organisational Structure
The organisational structure of the Micro&NanoFabs@PT comprises the following bodies: the Joint Steering Committee (JSC) and the Project Coordinator (PC).
The JSC consist of one representative of each partner (INL, INESC-MN, CMEMS-UMinho) and is the ultimate decision-making body of the Micro&NanoFabs@PT, which enables the Parties to make collective decisions on all matters related to the Project.
The JSC determines the Micro&NanoFabs@PT’s policy in scientific, technical, and administrative matters, in particular by providing guidelines to the PC and monitoring them.
All meetings of the JSC are chaired by the PC. The Project Coordinator, Professor Paulo Freitas, is the intermediary between the Parties and the Managing Authority.
